Greetings from Winter

I, nonsmoker and nanny, send you greetings from wintry New Haven, CT.

Things are going well here; the baby is adorable and I haven't had too much trouble resisting cigarettes.  I think it's a combo of factors: the patch, and being around my cousins, the doctors, that are making it easy.  More anon.

Thanks. This is my third or fourth serious attempt. I always eff it up by having "one" after a month or so. Hopefully that won't happen this time.
