It's snowing! Just like Connecticut!
I don't hate winter, because I reserve my weather-related vitriol for the July and August heat/humidity double header. But I am ready for winter to be over after my sojourn in New England.
In other news, my hair has developed a horrible tendency to dreadlock and I'm getting it all cut off, even though I was going to wait until I turned 30. Which is, like, five minutes from now anyway.
I'm starting to face up to the possibility that I wil be nannying in CT on St Patrick's Day, which will put all of my Irish pubfly years to hideous waste. I am sad but resigned. These are the sacrifices I make to avoid full-time employment.
Now I'm off to take the dog to the park and the car to the Irishman who fixes it. Don't worry; he won't be left unsupervised for long enough to vandalize it this time.
